Like working with any animal, there are inherent risks associated. These risks include but are not limited to scratches, bites, tripping/falling, weather, insects, poison ivy/oak, and plants and pollens to which you may be allergic.  

New Feather enforces a cancellation policy, wherein cancellation of an appointment needs to be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or the regular session fee will be applied to the client's file.
